The new-fashioned and bright rooms at Ayana Beach are very comfortable, with a nice bathroom. the location is magnificent, being very close to the airport and in a lovely area. There is a great selection of food options just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

The staff was very friendly and professional and provided excellent service. The vibe here was special. Location: the property was really close to Sri Lanka after 2 weeks of being here, and the ocean of resorts.

Immaculately clean place with very friendly staff and stunning view of the sunset. Nice location in the pretty nice area, just next door to the International Airport, and the ocean of resorts. Again, 15 minutes walk from Muthurajawela Marsh.

I liked this absolutely gorgeous place, stayed there for 2 nights. the atmosphere created was family. the rooms were good, sized and brand, new with a very comfortable bed and had all necessary facilities. the location was perfect and the services were terrific. The location of Ayana Beach is beautiful and amazing, very close to Sri Lanka. the place is at a medium distance from Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Garden.

I loved the breakfast experience, the hotel served savory food. The location was comfortable and unbeatable, not far from Sri Lanka after 2 weeks of being here and the International Airport and Negombo and easily accessible.

The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had a fine view. The staff, especially the caretaker, were pretty good too ensure our comfort and were always available when needed. The peaceful and well-maintained garden area was a lovely place to relax. Plus, being close to the airport was a major convenience.

The breakfast could have been improved with more variety and options.

This hotel is definitely value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the great location just a short 25-minute ride from the airport. The beachfront view from the rooms is absolutely stunning. Combined with the comfortable beds and AC, it makes for a truly relaxing stay. Additionally, the staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring that all basic amenities are provided.

We loved the peaceful location of this hotel, surrounded by beautiful nature. The deserted beach made for a perfect morning walk where we could see the skyline of a nearby city in the distance. The staff was accommodating and friendly, and the room was spacious, clean and beautiful. We were also impressed with the delicious cheese omelette and juice we ordered.

Chill Location and Beach Access

This place is chill, and it's just a short walk to the sea and a nice sandy beach. Plus, it's only a mile away from St. Joseph Church, so you can easily explore the area. 🏖️

I had a pleasant stay, as always. The hotel has a gorgeous and friendly ambiance with a lovely garden view. It's conveniently located close to the international airport and the beach is right next to the house. The common areas are well-maintained and it's very close to shops.
